Individual Counselling

1:1 counselling therapy focusing on you. A non-judgemental space to be seen and heard. Working together towards setting healthy goals and achieving mental wellbeing. Everything is accepted.

Couples and/or Relationship Counselling

A neutral and open space for couples, friends or any form of relationships to express needs and concerns, allowing for healthy navigation of relationship challenges with no judgement.

Family Therapy

These sessions encompass awareness of family dynamics and it's challenges both internal and external, allowing for healthy exploration, conflict resolution and validation.
